Free Web hosting sites
Weebly - Great user friendly (dummy proof) templates and elements with no bandwidth restrictions and no html knowledge needed
Bravenet - Supplies loads of easy to use add-ons to your site (example: Polls, Mailing Lists, Forums, guest book, etc.)
Webs - Almost identical to Weebly, visually anyway. I don't have any personal experience with the site, but I've only heard good things.
Html help, tutorials and devices
Html Tutorial - shows you how to properly use html tagging
Text2Html - Quick and easy text to html converting
CoffeeCup - supplies free software for building templates, buttons (example: navigation) and converting anything into html code, takes a bit of getting used to, but becomes quickly useful and helps saves you loads of time!Email me Form - create an account to allow multiple site users to receive comments and criticisms from visitors sent directly to your in-box!
